Enjoy our sensory environment where everyday distractions are removed, and relaxation and concentration are encouraged. A space of comfort and belonging which provides individuals with a controlled and immersive sensory experience.
Our Staff
At Phazes Community adult day program, we provide a structured, and supervised environment for adults with developmental disabilities. Our members participate in activities and receive assistance with daily tasks from our certified staff which also promotes social interaction with other members. In addition, care is designed to be respectful of and responsive to individual member preferences, needs, and values.

Our day program is a structured and supervised environment for adults with developmental
disabilities. We are the place where members can participate in variety of activities, receive assistance with daily tasks which promote growth, and interact with other members.
A day support program with an array of services provided to meet the needs of each member. Our Direct Support staff are trained to meet the outcome requirements of every member we serve with integrity and emphasis placed on providing a safe and nurturing environment. We aim to exceed our members and their families’ expectations.
